The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms (2 of which have stunning sea view with exit to the terrace), 2 bathrooms, an open fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining area and an open plan living room with a high ceiling, stunning sea views and large French doors leading directly onto the swimming pool terrace.
The Villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating in the entire Villa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and more…

Overall the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (a crib will be supplied with no extra charge).
You can enjoy biking ,swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or sup padlling around the villa area and surrounding sea and beaches.
A few minutes walk from the villa you can find a secret and secluded beautiful beach and the stunning Ammouso beach with its crystal clear waters, beach bar facilities, sunbeds and tavern.
Also located a short drive from Ammouso are the beautiful beaches of Agiofilli and Afteli.
The village of Marandohori is a few minutes drive from the villa where you will find the local bakery, super-market and a few taverns.
Vasiliki with its beautiful Marina, restaurants, shops and beach with all water sports facilities is a close drive away as is the charming village of Sivota.
It is a great part of the island for exploring easily some of the best of what Lefkada has to offer.

An open and spacious living area with a high ceiling, stunning sea views and large French doors leading directly onto the swimming pool terrace.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed for a double bed for two additional guests (suitable for children), and a dining table suitable for 8 diners.
Master bedroom with a double bed that includes a private bathroom, closets, sea view and exit to the terrace with a private sitting area.

Second room: with 2 single beds, closet, sea view and exit to the terrace and pool.
