Villa Melia
Villa Malia is located between olive trees and beautiful cows on the hill just above the town of Lefkada.
This is ideal for large groups or families who prefer to travel together.
The main entrance leads directly to an open kitchen and a few steps to the comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV.
The large French doors lead to the terrace, ideal for breakfast accompanied by a view of the sun over the colorful town and the sea beyond.
The terrace is furnished with a table for eight people and there is an extra table for six inside.
This level has a double bedroom with access to a balcony and a bathroom.
A winding staircase leads to the second floor with a modern bathroom and two additional double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have beautiful sea views and their own private balconies.
There is another bathroom on this floor, shared by the two bedrooms.
On the ground floor, with direct access from the upstairs living room, there is a very large room:
a kitchen with seating area for 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven,
large oven, fridge with freezer compartment and all necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and crockery for a large group over 12 people.
There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor plus a large bathroom with modern shower cabin with rain head.
There is also a washing machine in the large bathroom, and we provide laundry detergent and softener for your use.
Built on three floors, Villa Malia has 6 bedrooms with a bathroom on each floor, plus an additional shower room on the pool terrace.
The spacious layout, both internal and external, enables large groups to gather in communal areas and to easily explore their private space.
