Villa Akirava is located in the village of SPARTO in the Gulf of AMBRACIAN. In order to reach the Acryva Villa you have to descend a winding road through olive groves.
At the end of the road there is a high stone wall with a large iron gate and pomegranate trees all around.
From the kurkar parking area you can get a glimpse of the open sea. When you pass the gate you will enter a landscape that has not changed in the past hundred years.
The path to the house is covered with a sukkah of lemon trees that opens to a courtyard planted with lavender and a fountain in the center in an ancient and special style.
Beyond the courtyard there is an outdoor kitchen and dining area suitable for six people, a long bar made of eucalyptus wood, grill, stove, sink, refrigerator and traditional wooden stove.
All this over a bamboo tree pergola.
Across the dining area there is an outdoor sitting room with four wooden sofas which overlooks an endless pool.
Next to the seating area there is a mini spa with oval stone bathtub, outdoor shower and massage table. Behind the spa and sitting area are three bedrooms sharing a shared shower.

The entrance to the house is furnished with a magnificent rustic console table with a wooden frame. To the left, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances.
In front of the entrance is a spacious living room, padded sofas, coffee tables, a fireplace, a cinema system and a large television screen.
Exit to a covered verandah with a terrifying sea view framed by two majestic palm trees.
The master suite is on the right side of the living room with two bathrooms and an office room that can also be used as a bedroom if necessary. The bedroom overlooks the sea.
Outside the balcony there is a staircase leading to the guest floor. Four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.
There is also one guest room, all the balconies are accompanied by tables and chairs and a flowering garden mouth.
Below is an outdoor cinema room shaded by a tree. In the daytime it is a perfect place to read and relax.
